Fieldprint currently offers a large statewide network of convenient, state-of-the-art Livescan fingerprint collection sites throughout Florida to service a variety needs, including 18 Florida County School Districts; the Florida Department of Revenue; Florida Department of Elder Affairs; AHCA; DCF and VECHS-regulated providers; the Florida DMV; Florida real estate appraisers and sales agents/brokers; Florida mortgage loan originators (MLOs); and 50 other Florida programs that comply with the Level 2 screening requirement of Chapter 408, Part II, Florida Statutes. As an FDLE-authorized Livescan provider, we channel fingerprints directly through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).
FINGERPRINTING COLLECTION & PROCESSING
Fieldprint provides all aspects of the fingerprinting process – from electronic collection to channeling and everything in between. We are one of the few companies authorized by the FBI as a private channeler, allowing us to send fingerprints and receive results directly from the FBI.
BADGE PHOTOGRAPHY AND PROCESSING
Many employers require photo identification badges for employees and contractors to help ensure security. Through our Fieldprint Remote Service Network, we can quickly and easily capture a digital photo of the applicant and either forward it to you to produce an ID badge, or we can produce the ID badge for you.
REMOTE PROCESSING SERVICES
To legally onboard remote hires, Fieldprint offers a USCIS-compliant remote I-9 Section 2 completion service. Through our nationwide Fieldprint Remote Service Network, your remote hires can complete their Form I-9 legally, conveniently and efficiently. We can also remotely process other forms such as oaths, policies and notarized documents, and even collect various fees on your behalf.
FITNESS DETERMINATION & ADJUDICATION
Where permissible, we can provide CHRI fitness determination and adjudication services (through our affiliates). These services are designed to help you manage your case load by developing and implementing decision-making strategies. Leveraging our services for adjudication helps ensure hiring consistency across your organization, decreases the potential for liability exposure and reduces the number of person-hours required to review applicants.
