Today, Plancher Security provides live scan and ink card fingerprinting, private and background investigation, onsite security and patrol services, fire watch, and Florida Class D security training, along with notary services and passport photos. YVON PLANCHER
Chief Executive Officer
Yvon Plancher is the Founder and CEO of Plancher Security & Investigation, LLC, bringing extensive experience in law enforcement, security operations, investigations, professional training, and international peacekeeping.
Mr. Plancher began his law enforcement career with the Fort Myers Police Department, serving in several specialized assignments, including Patrol, Field Training Officer, Crisis Intervention Team, and as a cross-designated Special Investigator for the State Attorney’s Office. His professional credentials include instructor certifications in Use of Force, Field Training, Florida General Instruction, and NRA Pistol Instruction, along with professional licensing in private investigation and security.
His international experience includes service as a United Nations Police Officer and Investigator in Haiti, where he advanced to Section Chief Supervisor and supervised personnel, training operations, and background investigations involving Haitian National Police, government personnel, and police applicants. He later served with the United Nations Department of Safety and Security at UN Headquarters in New York, supporting security operations involving Heads of State, ambassadors, diplomats, staff, and visitors.
Today, Mr. Plancher applies his extensive law enforcement, investigative, security, training, and leadership experience to the direction of Plancher Security & Investigation, providing professional security services, security officer training, private investigations, fingerprinting, and related services throughout Florida.
SHER PLANCHER
Founder/President
Sher Plancher is an experienced private investigator and security professional with more than a decade of experience in private investigations, security, fingerprinting, and confidential client services. Since 2014, she has served clients through Plancher Security & Investigation, providing professional services to individuals, businesses, and organizations throughout Southwest Florida.
Sher is a Florida-licensed Private Investigator and Security Officer Training Instructor, NRA Instructor and Range Safety Officer, Notary Public, and Certified Live Scan Fingerprinting Technician. She brings extensive experience in investigative services, security operations, client documentation, and the careful management of sensitive and confidential information.
Her specialties include Live Scan and FD-258 ink fingerprinting, background screening, identity verification, and passport photography. Sher approaches every service with accuracy, discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
With a professional background spanning investigations, security, fingerprinting, training, and business operations, Sher plays an integral role at Plancher Security & Investigation and is committed to providing clients with accurate, dependable, and professional service.
